Lee's career in Track started back in 1999 as a young hurdler and sprinter. Through hard work and perseverance,
he evolved into one of the division's top hurdlers and set school records in both the 110 and 300 hurdles. Lee began coaching
in 2003 and is responsible for working with sprinters, high jumpers and hurdlers. He has developed one of the best, if not
the best, hurdle programs in Division 4. Regardless of the individual, Lee consistently has his athletes ranked in the top
8 in the division every year in the hurdles and has overseen 3 State Championships and 2 State Championship Runner-Ups in
the hurdles in the process. His extraordinary impact earned him the MITCA Assistant Coach of the Year award in 2008. He was
also up for this award in 2007. When not coaching, you'll find Lee driving around his 1976 Ford Chateau motor home.
